Experience: 15+ years
Location : Mumbai
Educational qualification:
Engineering Diploma/Degree in Civil
Specialization in LiDAR processing and GIS related software’s AutoCAD, ESRI, MapInfo & Intergraph packages will be added advantages
Role and responsibility of Photogrammetry Sr. Manager:
• Responsible for complete engagements operations, business improvement and customer relationship.
• Review the operations regularly and update to senior management on business impact if any.
• End to End control over engagements SLAs.
• Highest level escalation point in case of any Quality /Delivery with in the projects/processes.
• Responsible for yearly business charter and resource plan inline with client requirement.
• Single point contact for any issues related to business.(SPOC)
• Part of Organization development plan and Foresight.
• Provide necessary support to BD team on business improvements.
• Provide the monthly updates to senior management of project health and provide action items
